This section focuses on the plethora of ethnic groups found in Sri Lanka. It is divided into subsections about the following groups: Sinhalese, Tamils, Burghers, Muslims, and Veddah. The article also provides distinctions between each of the ethnic groups. There is a lack of bias, and the source mainly provides facts about each of these populations. Although the article provides detailed, specific information on the diverse ethnic groups, it neglects to acknowledge the issues that arise from the distinct groups. Also, the article doesn't provide a list of issues that all South Asian nations face, but it focuses on a specific issue in Sri Lanka. Although written for an adult audience, the writing style can be comprehended by high school students and provides basic information that doesn't require background knowledge.
